YET ANOTHER EXCELLENT WEEK IN A CARAVAN!

Good park, grub, and reasonable prices for a caravan park!     Nice staff and good service.  Pretty good all round really. We had two first timers in Ian Rankin and Stuart Craig joining the van crew and
Stuart seemed to be wondering what he had got involved in but has now booked his place for the next one.

A short journey compared to some other places we have visited.   Quick stop past Lindisfarne as you cant get a bacon roll after 12 o clock!   pure pish!

So, unpacked and staight to pub as it's the law.  Very reasonable beer and spirit choice and good food.  Iain Cameron was " the steak guy " for most of the week with the rest of us trying new things from a varied menu. I opted out of steak due to an unfortunate incident with a dremmel !!!.  Entertainment was for kids but the two ians sang along in a jolly frame of mind.   Back to the van and cracked open the jd  and some beers, much laughing then sleep took over after our epic journey.   As a club event, the annual caravan shindig is now traditional and as our club moves on it can only get better.   Have to cut this report short for now due to extended work hours but more to come next week and pictures as well.  here are a few to keep you going!   catch you soon.       to be cont..............
